Does Non Prescription Adipex Work?
no, i assume they are some type of diet pill or appetite suppressant? none of them ever work, all you lose is money. if these products worked why do you think there are so many obese fat people?
there are no cheats… you just have to eat less & eat healthy and do more. burn up calories the old fashioned way.

Hey, I'm Elizabeth from London, UK and I had a weight problems for 15 years. I don't have much time to visit the Gym, because of my job, so I tried to find another method to reduce my weight without putting myself on a suffer with diets.

Any nonprescription diet supplements are a play on the legally approved weight loss pill Adipex. Adipex is a proven and approved brand name pharmaceutical drug prescribed by a doctor for weight loss in the obese. Apidex, apidexin, adipexin, and apidextra are unapproved dietary supplements. Lovely name play.
The principle ingredient in these particular diet pills is african mango seed extract. Others is some ephedra related herb.
Dr. Oz did a show about the “possible” benefit of a chemical in mango seed extract and that started the whole “craze”. Trust me. If it truly worked the pharmaceutical companies would already have extracted the active ingredient, run true clinical trials not in house studies, and patented it as a proven drug.
Mangoes are just a part of an overall healthy diet.
Anything in a supplement pill does two things.
First, you deny yourself the wonderful fiber in fresh mango. Fiber keeps your system active, clean, and regular. A healthy high fiber diet aids the immune system more than just about anything.
Second, dietary supplements are not regulated so often do not contain exactly what is on the label.
Eating mango or ground mango seed will not make you lose weight, that is all just hype. African mango seed extract is the latest “weight loss miracle” that doesn’t work. Right behind acai berry, hoodia, fruta planta, green tea extract, chia seeds, maqui berry, bitter orange, konjac root, and all the other “exotic” supplements out there.
As always, a healthy high fiber diet is the best weight loss tool available.
Good luck.
